Walls are very good at keeping stuff in, but they also keep some great stuff out. I know firsthand what it means to live behind walls and to feel the need to protect yourself. Wanting to trust, to feel confident, to find comfort and peace in yourself and in your relationships; it can seem overwhelming.

I get it.

I know how that feels to search, but to only see the walls. I also know the exhilaration of being on the other side – to dismantle the walls and to be able to see the expanse of what this life holds when we have the skills to engage and the freedom to enjoy it.

My personal life experiences combined with many years of formal education have brought me to a place that I always believed I should be. Having obtained an honours degree in Psychology and Indigenous Studies, and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, I am honoured to be able to offer mental health support through Choosing Change Counselling Services. Using proven, therapeutic methods, I can help you develop the strength and the skills to live beyond the walls.

Change is possible. Choose Change.
