Born and raised in northern Alberta, I understand the unique challenges of accessing quality mental health resources, as well as the fear and stigma that can sometimes come with seeking support. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard, supported, and respected. Drawing from my previous career in emergency nursing, I bring a deep appreciation for holistic care and the powerful connection between mind and body. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside you as you navigate challenges, uncover your strengths, and move toward a greater sense of peace and self-growth.  We’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing on what matters most in your life.

In my spare time, I enjoy connecting with family and friends, and staying active with my busy toddler. I love spending time in the great outdoors, golfing, slow pitch, and watching hockey.

I have recently completed the academic coursework for my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and am now accepting clients for my clinical training. I would be honoured to walk with you on your journey toward healing and growth.
